If you have ever wondered how you can help your community, look no further! Jackson Avenue, a Livermore low income Title One school, has a fun and easy way for you to help supply desperately needed Chromebook laptops for it's classrooms by shopping for items you are probably already buying!
50% of Jackson Avenue students are low income and are on the free breakfast and lunch program so they need to look to the community for support.

Most of these kids do not have access to computers at home and their only exposure to them is at school.
Since there are not enough computers at Jackson for all the classrooms, the school loans them out on an impacted sign-out system. So much of today's teaching depends on and is enhanced by technology.
