Lv Fusion Eatery Celebrates Grand Opening In Livermore

LIVERMORE, CA — A new family-owned restaurant recently opened in downtown Livermore. Lv Fusion Eatery celebrates its grand opening in February, according to the Livermore Chamber of Commerce. The name pays homage to the symbol on the Periodic Table of element named after the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, according to the chamber.

The menu features a long list of hot dogs, soups and Vietnamese food. Lv Fusion Eatery is located at 174 South K Street.

A new bistro-style eatery will be also opening in Livermore in 2018. Range Life, which will be in the located in the building formerly occupied by Charlotte's Web, will feature season menu items, craft cocktails, and bakery items. Range Life will be located at 2160 Railroad Avenue in Livermore.

A new build-your-own-burger franchise restaurant opened in the nearby Stoneridge Shopping Center. The Counter Custom Burgers celebrated its grand opening on January 29. The burger eatery will offer burgers, milkshakes, salads, bowls, cocktails, beer and wine.

85°C Bakery Cafe, which opened in Pleasanton on Jan. 12, celebrated its grand opening by giving away free mugs and tote bags. The name refers to the temperature at which the coffee is maintained, according to the company Facebook page.

A new craft beer eatery recently opened in Pleasanton. Bottle Taps serves beer, wine and small bites. The menu features tapas, appetizers, salads, and more substantial fare for those with bigger appetites. They offer cider tasting for the kids.
