85°C Bakery Cafe Open In Pleasanton

The bakery celebrated its grand opening by giving away free mugs and tote bags.

PLEASANTON, CA — A new coffee shop and bakery has opened in Pleasanton. 85°C Bakery Cafe, which opened on Jan. 12, celebrated its grand opening by giving away free mugs and tote bags. The name refers to the temperature at which the coffee is maintained, according to the company Facebook page.

The bakery serves a wide variety of fresh bread, pastries and cakes, along with coffee and tea. 85°C Bakery Cafe is located at 2725 Stoneridge Dr. Suite 101 in Pleasanton.

A new craft beer eatery recently opened in Pleasanton. Bottle Taps serves beer, wine and small bites. The menu features tapas, appetizers, salads, and more substantial fare for those with bigger appetites. They offer cider tasting for the kids.

A new bistro-style restaurant will be opening in Livermore in 2018. Range Life, which will be in the located in the building formerly occupied by Charlotte's Web, will feature season menu items, craft cocktails, and bakery items.

Total Wine & More celebrated its grand opening in Pleasanton Oct. 26, 2017 with free giveaways, live music and tastings. The independent alcohol purveyor donated ten percent of all the wine sales made during grand opening weekend to the Museum on Main in Pleasanton. Total Wine & More is located at 4225 Rosewood Drive in Pleasanton. A second location is open in San Ramon. Visit them at 3161 Crow Canyon Place.

In September, a wine bar with a unique theme opened in Danville. The Auburn Lounge wine bar replaced the AuburnJames Winery Tasting Room on Hartz Avenue. The wine bar, which is under new ownership and management, was completely rebranded and recently debuted with a fun 1930s-themed speakeasy style.
