Morning Fire at Wente Vineyards Damages Storage Unit
Fire officials are still investigating the cause of the fire.

A one-alarm fire damaged a storage unit at Wente Vineyards in unincorporated Livermore early this morning, a fire battalion chief said. The fire was reported at 5:04 a.m. in a storage area adjacent to the Cresta Blanca Event Center at 5050 Arroyo Road, Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Battalion Chief Paul Legasa said.
The flames were contained to the exterior of the structure and were extinguished by 5:30 a.m., Legasa said. No injuries were reported and fire crews remain at the scene this morning to investigate the cause of the blaze, Legasa said.
