• Bart Lounsbury named LLNL general counsel (llnl.gov) — Livermore's Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory has appointed Bart Lounsbury as its new general counsel, a key legal leadership role for the city's largest employer. Lounsbury, who helped secure a 20-year ground lease for the UC Livermore Collaboration Center, will oversee legal strategy, compliance, and support for LLNL's national security mission, while former acting counsel Katherine Kettler becomes deputy general counsel.
