People Parking illegally in handicap spots

I am handicapped This person parked next to me in the arroyo shopping center. I explained it was a handicap zone. She said she was not in the handicap space I explained the white lines next to the space were to allow handicapped people room to get out of their car. She made a scoffing noise and went to run her errands
