Rubio's Coastal Grill in Livermore Accepting Job Applications

LIVERMORE, CA: Rubio's Coastal Grill will be opening in Livermore on May 19, and the company is still accepting applications for shift leaders, cashiers and cooks, a Rubio’s spokesperson said.

“Rubio’s will have a team member onsite for the next week or so, Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.,” Rubio's spokesperson Renee Perez said. “Candidates can apply there. Once Rubio’s stops staffing the hiring tent, the company will have applications available there with a lock box to submit them. Applicants can also apply at the Rubio’s Coastal Grill Tracy location or on the Rubio’s website.”

The casual fast food eatery will be located at 2002 Portola Avenue, Suite J in Livermore.

The Carlsbad-based company, founded by Ralph Rubio in 1983, has almost 200 locations in California, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, and Utah.
