Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill Opening in Livermore

LIVERMORE, CA: No more driving to Fremont, Brentwood or Pleasant Hill to grab an Original Fish Taco platter. Fish taco fanatics can rejoice because Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill will be opening in Livermore on May 19, according to a company spokesperson.

The casual fast food eatery will be located at 2002 Portola Avenue, Suite J in Livermore. The company is hiring for shift leaders, cashiers and cooks on April 6 and April 9, according to the Tri-Valley One-Stop Career Center.

"Applicants can apply online or come to the fair," Rubio's spokesperson Renee Perez said.

The Carlsbad-based company, founded by Ralph Rubio in 1983, has almost 200 locations in California, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, and Utah.
