Kamana Girl’s Volleyball 16-1 Team competed in the San Jose Cal Kick-Off Tournament this past weekend. The girls started off with a 44 ranking and worked hard to move up to 29 overall. They got to play against some very competitive teams playing in the Open Tournament Division. Vision (9-25, 13-25). Core (15-25, 27-25, 15-17). Encare (25-5, 25-22). Silver State (25-7, 25-24).
Kamana Volleyball Club is a Livermore based club. Players come from all over the Tri-Valley, including Castro Valley, Dublin, San Ramon, Pleasanton, and Livermore, to name a few.
This is Kamana’s 3rd year as a volleyball club, which is run by Kehau Stancil. Coach Jeanette Petrilli and Coach Elida Shilts coach the Girl’s 16-1 Team.
