Sound Off, Livermore: What Do You Want From Your Parks?
Got a great idea to make the parks better? Now's your chance.

The Livermore Area Recreation and Park District will hold a public meeting at Big Trees Park to reach out to citizens, with the theme of “How Can Our Parks Serve You Better?”
The meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2, at Big Trees Park, 5470 Kathy Way.
The purpose of the meeting is for Livermore citizens to get an update on current LARPD projects, provide feedback on any local park issues, make suggestions regarding Big Trees Park and any other District facility or program, and to become acquainted with the LARPD Board of Directors and the General Manager. A representative from the Livermore Police Department has been invited to answer any questions.

LARPD provides parks, recreation programs, recreation facilities and open space for a 244-square-mile area of east Alameda County, including Livermore.
