Tri-Valley Kids Having Great Success in Dance

Each year thousands of dancers ages 10-17 apply for summer dance programs across the country and around the world. These young dancers undergo a rigorous application and audition process, in order to secure one of these highly coveted spots. At Tiffany's Dance Academy we are proud to announce the follow dancers and the selective intensive dance programs they have been accepted into for this summer.

Tiffany Henderson, owner of Tiffany's Dance Academy and Director of the TDA Performing Company, is incredibly proud of these hard working and dedicated dancers. "One of our main goals at Tiffany's Dance Academy is to see our dancers succeed in college and professional dance programs. Acceptance into these selective summer programs is a first step for these dancers towards reaching that goal."

Auditions for the TDA Performing Company and the Intensive Dancer Track will take place on Tuesday, April 11 at Tiffany's Dance Academy in Livermore. All dancers are encouraged to participate in the placement process. Registration for the 2017-18 season at Tiffany's Dance Academy begins April 26. Background:
Tiffany's Dance Academy is a dance studio founded in 2001. TDA emphasizes excellent training in Classical Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary and Hip-Hop. Tiffany Henderson, owner/director graduated from the University of Arizona, Magna cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance in 1998. She has performed professionally with the Arizona Jazz Dance Ensemble at the Kennedy Center, in Washington D.C. She has also performed as far away as Amsterdam, and Japan. She currently performs bi-annually with Bay Area Dance Company. Her academies have been featured in Dance Informa, Dance Studio Life Magazine, Dance Teacher Magazine, The Contra Costra Times, The San Francisco Chronicle and have participated in the 2006 Disney's ABC TV Christmas Special with Ryan Seacrest. They have also been awarded the Bay Area Parent Magazine Family Favorite award for the last five consecutive years.
