Zone 7 Water Agency: Primary Election Results

ALAMEDA COUNTY, CA — Primary election results are coming in for the Zone 7 Water Agency race. Five candidates are vying to serve on at-large seats on the Zone 7 Board of Directors.

Sandy Figuers (groundwater geologist) was in first place with 28.9 percent of the vote and Laurene Green (water resources engineer) was in second place with 27.6 percent of the vote.

Incumbents Angela Remirez Holmes and Dick Quigley are in the running came next with 22.2 percent and 15.3 percent, respectively.

Hugh Bussell (technical writer) got the least votes, with 6 percent of the vote.
