Auction.com Sells East Ocean Boulevard Office Property in Long Beach, Calif.

Auction.com announces the completed sale of an office building located on East Ocean Boulevard in Long Beach, Calif. The 131,008-square-foot office property was listed by Cushman and Wakefield and auctioned on August 21, 2013.

The asset was among 11 commercial sales that closed from September 19 to 26, 2013, after being sold on the nation’s leading online real estate marketplace. Assets spanned six states and had a combined total sales value of more than $56 million.
