Makersville: Have Fun Ease Into Tech DIY Party
The Maker subculture encourages learning by doing. It facilitates tech learning with open source hardware... Makerspaces facilitate Makers. You're learning, but who cares if you're having fun?

In the spirit of the holidays, the LAMakerspace is hosting DIY GIFTS on Sunday, Dec 2nd from 1 - 4pm!
This crafty, family-friendly event will feature several booths, each hosted by a local maker with a holiday-themed DIY project to share. Kids will make a project to take home at every booth!
The Maker subculture encourages learning through doing. It facilitates technology learning through the use of open source hardware... Think hardware version of the Linux operating system... Makerspaces implement the Maker subculture. You're learning, but who cares if you're having fun?!?
