LONG BEACH, CA — Community members will be able to give their input on future improvements for Martin Luther King Jr. Park in Long Beach at two community workshops that will help the city create the park's Vision Plan.
Both workshops will be held at the MLK Jr. Park Community Center at 1950 Lemon Ave. on April 5 from 6 to 8 p.m. and April 8 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Feedback from the workshops will help guide decisions about any future improvements at the park. At the meetings, participants will decide which improvements should take priority for future implementation, city officials said.
