Crews Battle Residential Fire In Long Beach
Long Beach firefighters tackled an apartment fire at Artesia and Paramount boulevards Tuesday afternoon.

LONG BEACH, CA — A two-story apartment building in Long Beach was damaged Tuesday afternoon in a fire. No one was hurt in the blaze.
Shortly before 1 p.m. firefighters were sent to the 3000 block of Artesia Boulevard near Paramount Boulevard. It took crews only eight minutes to put out the fire that damaged a single unit of the two-story building, said Long Beach fire Capt. Jack Crabtree.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
