In honor of National Boys & Girls Clubs Week, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Long Beach (BGCLB) will be hosting an open house and student-led tours of the 3 largest Clubs in the city. Joining thousands of Clubs across the nation, the BGCLB will be rolling out the blue carpet, so be sure to stop by and experience an hour in the shoes of a Club kid!
Today, more than 4,300 boys and girls, ages 6-18, are Club members. Open Monday-Friday, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Long Beach offer over 20 youth development activities in the Five Core program areas of Character & Leadership, Education & Career Preparation, The Arts & Culture, Health & Life Skills, Athletics, Fitness & Social Recreation.
