Fuego Features 'Suerte Tequila' Tastings Along With Food Pairings And Specialty Cocktails

Tapping the culinary talents of award-winning Executive Chef Victor Juarez, Fuego is presenting “Suerte Tequila” tastings featuring delicious Latin American infused dishes and specialty cocktails.

Fuego guests will enjoy complimentary samplings of Suerte Tequila featuring their Blanco, Reposado and Anejo, and the five-year aged Suerte Extra Anejo.

Executive Chef Victor Juarez is pairing three signature Latin American dishes including:

- Fuego Mango Guacamole with fried corn tortillas chips, lime, cilantro, shaved onions, pico de gallo, and mango habanero relish, $9, paired with the Suerte Blanco, $8 additional.

- Kale & Berry Salad with pickled onion, arugula, candied pumpkin seeds, strawberries, and raspberry vinaigrette, $13, paired with the Suerte Reposado, $9 additional.

- Mojo Citrus Kurobota Pork Carnitas with chunks of braised pork, guajillo tomato sauce, chipotle black beans, steamed yucca and corn tortillas, $27, paired with the Suerte Anejo, $11 additional.

Fuego presents five specialty Suerte tequila cocktails including Cantarito with Suerte Blanco, grape fruit juice, orange juice, squeezed lemon and lime, and agave; Blueberry Conejo with Suerte Reposado, muddled blueberries, cold coffee, agave, and squeezed lime; Coin Style Margarita with Suerte Anejo, agave and squeezed lime; Raspberry Suerte with Suerte Blanco, muddled raspberries, lime juice, agave and club soda; and Ginger Suerte with Suerte Reposado, ginger beer and lime.
