Long Beach Man Arrested After Shooting At Acquaintance: Police
A shooting where no one was hit has resulted in the arrest of a man on numerous charges, according to Long Beach Police.
LONG BEACH, CA — A no-hit shooting near Retro Row has resulted in the arrest of one man, according to Long Beach Police.
The suspect, Uziel Garciarazo, 23, of Long Beach, was located and taken into custody after he fired a weapon at an acquaintance Monday night, police said.
Long Beach Police officers responded at about 10:28
p.m. Monday to the 400 block of Ohio Avenue and East Fourth Street regarding the shots fired call.

Upon arrival at the scene, the officers learned the suspect fired a shot in the direction of the victim, but the victim was not injured, according to police. No injuries were reported.
Officers located the suspect and arrested him on multiple charges, including: assault with a firearm; possession of a controlled substance; taking a vehicle without the owner's consent; contempt of court; and outstanding warrants, police said.

Garciarazo is currently being held at the Long Beach Municipal Jail on $80,000 bail.
