Man Injured After Stabbing In Long Beach: Police Investigation Continues
Police said an investigation is ongoing.
LONG BEACH, CA — A man was injured after being stabbed in Long Beach early Sunday, police say.
Officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the 2100 block of Williams Street just before 1 a.m. Sunday, the Long Beach Police Department said.
When officers arrived, they found a man with a non-life-threatening stab wound to his upper body, police said.

Rescuers with the Long Beach Fire Department took the man to a hospital, police said.
Initial investigation shows the man was outside a building when another man “approached and stabbed him in the upper body with a sharp object,” according to police.
