Motorist Dies in Hospital Six Days After Long Beach Crash
The driver was heading southbound on Studebaker Road when his vehicle hit a center median and a light pole.

LONG BEACH, CA – A motorist injured in a Long Beach crash died at a hospital six days later, police reported Monday.
The single-vehicle crash occurred about 8 p.m. July 21 at Studebaker Road and Driscoll Street, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
Juan Serrano, 23, of Anaheim died Friday at a hospital.

According to police, Serrano was southbound on Studebaker Road when his vehicle hit a center median and a light pole. A front-seat passenger was critically injured, police said, while two rear-seat passengers were unhurt.
