Over 2,500 Lose Power In Long Beach: SCE

LONG BEACH, CA — A power outage in Long Beach affected 2,683 customers Tuesday morning, according to Southern California Edison.

The outage was reported at 7:07 a.m. in the area near El Dorado Park on East Spring Street according to SCE. Power was restored to most customers as of 9:02 a.m. with an estimated complete restoration by 10:41 a.m.

A field investigator was alerted of the outage and was en route to the area as of 8:16 a.m. The cause of the outage is unknown at this time.
