Pilfered Poodle Reunited With Family In Long Beach
A vehicle was reported stolen on Friday with the dog inside, LBPD said.

LONG BEACH, CA — A poodle was separated from its family after its owner's vehicle was stolen with the dog inside on Friday according to the Long Beach Police Department.
On Jan. 28 at 5:53 p.m., LBPD officers watched a group of people push a vehicle down the street near 10th Street and Walnut Avenue. The officers realized the vehicle was reported stolen from a parking lot near the 1000 block of Pacific Coast Highway the day before, a statement from the department said.
"Through their investigation, officers determined the subjects were not involved with the theft and discovered information indicating the suspect was in a nearby residence," LBPD said in the statement.

Thompson was arrested and booked on one count of grand theft auto and one count of grand theft of money/labor/property. Her bail was set at $35,000 according to police.
