Queen Mary Rolls Out New Annual Membership Program

The first-ever annual membership for the ship will help fund ongoing conservation and restoration efforts.

LONG BEACH, CA — The City of Long Beach announced the first-ever annual membership for the Historical Queen Mary, which will help fund ongoing conservation and restoration efforts for the ship.

The benefits of the memberships will not be implemented until spring 2023 when additional elements and amenities on the ship start to reopen, officials said.

“We hope this first of its kind membership opportunity will continue the public’s excitement and anticipation as we move closer to reopening additional amenities onboard the ship next year,” said outgoing Mayor Robert Garcia. “This also gives community members the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing preservation of the ship through their membership fee donation.”
