Godzilla not included on the Tokyo flight.
The Downtown Long Beach Association brought yet another great family event to Pine Avenue Saturday night. Summer And Music hosted Matt Costa, Sam Outlaw and Reverend Baron. Dancin' in the Streets was back with DJ Lithuanian Prince, and there was dancin' in the streets.
There was also an abundance of people, from young to old, lending a hand in front of the Bungalow Building with sidewalk chalk art. Eventually the chalk found it's way into the street, and it was interesting to see people make an effort to not disturb the impromptu artworks as they milled about.
Then there was the party inside the Bungalow Building themed 'Tokyo Status'. It was difficult to decide which party was more fun, but then you realize THIS is why we LOVE Long Beach. Too many things to do downtown, at the beach, and all the way El Dorado Park.
But tonight, the party was clearly here on Pine Avenue. So check their Facebook page folks, and mark your calendars. There are more events coming all Summer long!
