727 Pine Avenue in Long Beach, that is. TSA is a virtual anime Steampunk style flight that departs from Long Beach to sights and sounds of the nightlife of Tokyo Japan. The event’s developer Ray of Lolita Dark wanted to create an event that would encompass all of things that she loves: art, music, style and the community.
Lolita Dark is fresh off their explosive performance at the Anime Expo in Los Angeles where they performed on the opening day, were selected as judges for the Battle of the Bands and as the closing band for the contest.
The crew of TSA are preparing for their third “departure” on Saturday July 20th that will be featuring live DJs from Meishi Smile and performances by several local bands including the popular group, Jetpacks & Laser Guns. This departure will be extra special for the crew as they celebrate Stewardess Stephanie’s birthday as well.
This eclectic musical and artistic event is hosted by 2011 Nisei Queen Erika Olsen as the Head Stewardess and mixed martial artist Anton Torres as the Captain. Cherry Blossom Queen Midori Esmeralda is featured as the event’s co-pilot.
Tickets for 'Economy' (entry to the party) are $10, and First Class boarding which includes VIP access is $15. Boarding begins at 7:oo pm promptly.
