Officers searched high and low for the puppies, suspecting that the people who stole them planned to sell them. The first puppy was found Friday evening and the second was found Tuesday morning.

The suspects, a 19-year-old and an 18-year-old from Long Beach, were arrested on charges of burglary, grand theft of an animal and possession of a controlled substance. Both of their bails were set at $50,000.
