what do we do now?

Why should the government officials get paid while they hold the  rest of the nation hostage?  It is insane that this is being allowed and even supported by some people.   What the Republicans are doing is extortion!  
Why do the Republicans insist that the President is going against the American people and pushing the affordable healthcare act on them, when the American people voted for it.  Not only did they vote for it, they also chose  not to recall or revoke the bill after a very strong campaign by the Republicans to get it repealed.  The insanity demonstrated by a few men is clear and many members, Democrats as well as Republicans, have voiced their frustration and tried to talk reason with no success.  Now what do we do?  I think it is time for people to start demanding the Speaker to take a vote now, and unless he does, we will not pay our bills.  I think it is time for people to stop fooling themselves into believing that this will come to a reasonable end, for there is no reason in what is occuring, and when dealing with insanity there is no sanity only craziness.  If we stand by and do nothing historians will one day study the cause of America's fall and say that America was brought down by the Speaker of the House John Boehner.
