2 Hurt In LAX Crash, Shutting Down Terminal 5 Departures
Expect delays at LAX where lower level Terminal 5 departure lanes were shut down after because of a major-injury crash.

LOS ANGELES, CA —Two people were severely injured when a car jumped the curb in a crash at LAX Thursday morning.
Traffic was closed on lower level inner lanes at Terminal-5 due to the crash. Travelers are advised to use the upper departure Level.
"The crash at happened at 10:57 a.m., and they are still working on it right now," said Los Angeles Police Department spokesman officer Tony Im.

The motorist may have suffered a medical emergency when they swerved and struck two pedestrians near Terminal 5 at Los Angeles International Airport Thursday. The pedestrians were taken to a hospital in unknown condition.
