1 Trapped In Rollover Chatsworth Crash That Sheared A Fire Hydrant

Department of Water and Power crews were called to the scene to repair a damaged hydrant and light pole.

CHATSWORTH, CA — One person was hurt in a two-vehicle rollover crash that sheared a fire hydrant and knocked over a light pole in Chatsworth Sunday.

The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating the cause of the crash, which occurred shortly before 1 p.m. at 10300 N. De Soto Avenue.

"Firefighters conducted an auto extrication to safely remove one patient from a vehicle," said Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department. "The patient was transported in unknown condition."
