13 Injured When Bus, Gravel Truck And Car Collide
Thirteen people were injured in the Wednesday morning crash.
SANTA CLARITA, CA — Thirteen people were injured Wednesday morning in a crash involving a transit bus, a car and an overturned tractor-trailer in Santa Clarita, according to reports.
The crash occured at radon 9:30 a.m. at the intersection of Centre Pointe Parkway and Golden Valley Road in Canyon Country. The collision involved a Santa Clarita Valley Transit bus, a truck carrying a full load of dirt and gravel and a white sedan, Fox 11 reported.
The impact caused the truck to overturn, spilling gravel across the road, according to the station.

Ten people were transported to local hospitals, including nine for basic life support and one on advanced life support. Three other people were injured but declined to be transported, ABC 7 reported.
At least one person was trapped inside the bus following the crash. That person was in critical condition after being freed, according to KHTS.
