5 Injured In Mid-Wilshire Pileup
The rollover crash shut down portions of Wilshire Boulevard Wednesday.
LOS ANGELES, CA — Five people were injured in a three-car roll-over crash in the Mid-Wilshire area Wednesday. Firefighters freed one person who was taken to a nearby hospital in unknown condition.
The crash occurred shortly after 5 p.m. in the 4500 block of Wilshire Boulevard near Muirfield Road, according to Brian Humphrey with the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The other injured people suffered minor injuries and did not need to be hospitalized. The crash forced the closure of Muirfield Road several eastbound lanes of Wilshire Boulevard have been condensed to one lane.
