Being involved in the media industry, from journalism to television and film as both talent and in production, as well publicity and public relations, and as an author, I know the importance of inspiring others. It’s why I love all forms of media, where inspiration can be shared; from TV/FILM, to the books we read and the articles in the press, I firmly believe and know the importance of seeking to inspire, to uplift and to be an encouragement to others. Those of us who pursue what we love to do with passion, determination and a lot of hard work, and faith, I feel have a responsibility to encourage, lift up and inspire others to do the same.

Every form of media can be utilized to shine one’s light to also be an encouragement to others. That is why I asked some of my colleagues to share a bit about their work and story. It is important for all of us to do purposeful work that makes our heart sing. My hope is that by sharing the work of the following talented people who are each doing work in alignment with their passions and work that they love to do, that this also encourages others reading this to pursue work that they love too in the areas of their gifts and true talents. - Lisa Pellegrene on IMDb https://www.imdb.com/name/nm25...

Martyn Hale

Martyn Hale is an actor best known for his recent work in the feature film Babylon as a soldier, as talent on a recent U2 video, his national commercial work, and his role on a well-known Disney production, Just Kickin It. Hale was also cast in the movie Coldwater and has appeared in many commercials such as Nike and Mattel. He appeared on ABC’s television production, Switched at Birth. When asked about his favorite production as an actor, Hale states, “It’s hard to choose because I have been fortunate to work quite a bit, but I would say my favorite is the feature film Babylon, released last year. It was nothing short of miraculous to book a role on Babylon, especially considering where I was coming from at the time. I was relocating back to LA from Alma, Michigan, and that role sparked and solidified my move back to Los Angeles. Booking a role on Babylon provided the encouragement that I needed to make the move and to continue to follow my dreams. I have a lot more that I hope to accomplish in my career as an actor.” Concluding, “I put a lot of hard work into being able to find that opportunity.” Martyn Hale is seeking an agent in the Los Angeles area for both commercial and theatrical work, so that he can focus on his work as an actor. Hale has booked many roles without an agent, securing national and mainstream film work by self submitting, yet he is now ready for support in this area by a great agent who knows his value and talent as an actor, as well as a person who realizes his dedication to his work. Martyn Hale loves connecting with friends, fans and colleagues via social media. Follow him on Instagram @martynhaleactor.
