A SigAlert was issued at 4:14 a.m. for all westbound lanes so the mess could be cleaned up and Los Angeles Fire Department hazardous materials specialists were called to the scene to assist with the cleaning.

The lanes were reopened about 1:15 p.m.

Injuries were not detailed by the CHP in its online log, but the crash was labeled as an injury incident.

LAFD spokesperson Jamie Stewart said at least one person was evaluated at the scene but declined to be taken to a hospital.
