ANAHEIM, CA — The Los Angeles Angels will begin the 2021 season by playing host to the Chicago White Sox April 1, the first time since 2016 they will begin a season at home.

The preliminary schedule released Thursday by Major League Baseball calls for the Angels to play interleague games at Angel Stadium in 2021 against the Los Angeles Dodgers May 7-9, San Francisco Giants June 22-23, Colorado Rockies July 26-28 and San Diego Padres Aug. 27-28.

The Angels will celebrate their 60th anniversary throughout the 2021 season.
