Arcadia’s Crown Jewel Gets a Glam Makeover At This Year's Pasadena Showcase House
The 61st Pasadena Showcase House of Design is the longest running fundraiser produced by Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts for the arts.

Recently the Pasadena Showcase House of the Arts had its Empty House Party. It's an evening where some of the most talented So Cal designers begin their transformations inside the designated estate. On January 23, 2026, designers, patrons, media and the ticket holders explored the empty historic Baldwin Oaks Estate before the official showcase renovations begin. The party included food from local vendors, signature cocktails, curated wines, live music, and a raffle for a luxury Iceland vacation.

Guests gathered in an empty 1907 shingle-style historic estate, once the home of Clara Baldwin Stocker, daughter of Arcadia pioneer “Lucky” Baldwin. This year's home has 30 interior and landscape design spaces that will be transformed into stylish new current design trends before the opening day on April 19, 2026. The home will stay open and tickets are available through May 17, 2026.
