Whether you’re a Padawan, Jedi, or Sith, we have a good feeling about this day full of Star Wars-themed fun. Join us for a droid meet and greet, all-ages workshops, origami and puppet-crafting, and more, all inspired by a galaxy far, far away.
Schedule
11am–2pm | R2-D2 and BB-8 meet and greet | Sidney Poitier Grand Lobby
- Take photos with some of your favorite fan-built droids. General admission ticket not required.
Noon–3pm | Crafting workshop | Ted Mann Lobby
- Drop in and create Star Wars-inspired buttons, origami paper characters, and porg puppets.
Noon–3pm | Save the galaxy with cosplay for science—and Grogu | Shirley Temple Education Studio
- Earth scientists in full Star Wars cosplay reveal the wonders of planets far, far away. Through immersive activities perfect for any kind of Jedi, our visiting experts will also stress the importance of environmental conservation in every corner of the universe. Learn alongside a fan-built Grogu animatronic, who assists our scientists with these STEM activities.
