Car-To-Car Shooting Ends With Crash Into Children's Museum

LAKE VIEW TERRACE, CA — A man was killed Monday in a vehicle-to-vehicle shooting in Lake View Terrace.

The victim was pronounced dead inside an SUV that crashed into a building near the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Osborne Street, a couple of blocks away from the shooting location at the intersection of Foothill and Terra Bella Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

No one was injured in the building, which houses Discovery Cube Los Angeles, a children's educational museum.

The shooting was reported about 2:30 p.m., police said. The suspect vehicle was described as white pickup truck.

The victim was in his mid-20s, according to a report from the scene.
