Lancelot & Guinevere Braised Beef -- Tender Midwest beef short rib, braised in cabernet sauvignon reduction, wild mushrooms, yellow polenta
Elvis & Priscilla Cheese Ravioli-- Ricotta and pecorino cheese filled ravioli, prepared with an Italian porcini mushroom sauce
