Cory Hardrict, Actor Inducted into his High School Hall of Fame

Bloom Trail High School in Chicago Heights, inducted Los Angeles resident, Cory Hardrict into the school's 2018 Hall of Fame.

In a small town south of Chicago, an honor was bestowed on one of Bloom Trail High Schools most famous alumnus, Cory Hardrict.

In 1993, Hardrict graduated from Bloom Trail High School and followed his dream to become an actor. That dream and Hardrict's belief to never forget his roots earned him a spot for the 2018 Bloom Trail High School Hall of Fame.

Hardrict was not able to attend the Induction Ceremony but sent a video thanking Bloom Township High School District 206.

Cory Hardrict, a former Sauk Village, Illinois resident is now a movie and television actor and producer. He began his career on television in the 1990’s with appearances in prime time programs, including “Felicity” and “ER.” He made his cinema debut in 1999 in the film “Never Been Kissed” starring Drew Barrymore. In 2008, he had a supporting role in the movie “Gran Torino” starring Clint Eastwood. Hardrict had a lead role in the 2014 hit movie “American Sniper.” He also has appeared in the recently released films “All Eyez on Me” and “Spectral.”

During his career, Hardrict has acted in approximately 60 television shows and movies. His television credits include programs such as “NYPD” and “CSI: Miami.” Hardrict keeps ties to his alma mater, returning to speak to students at Bloom Trail High School located in Chicago Heights, Illinois. Hardrict is married to actress and model Tia Mowry. They have one son a child on the way and live in Los Angeles.
