In addition to the two new S70i Sikorsky Firehawks, LA County fire will also receive SuperScoopers in September.

LOS ANGELES, CA — The Los Angeles County Fire Department has two new Firehawk helicopters in service in time for wildfire season, the department announced Friday.
"With another potentially busy fire season on the horizon, I am confident we have the proper team members and resources in place to help us courageously, skillfully and successfully battle whatever comes our way," said Los Angeles County Fire Chief Daryl L. Osby.
The S70i Sikorsky Firehawks, marked as Copters 21 and 22, are now in service, and CL-415 SuperScoopers will also be added to the department's fleet in September. The amphibious aircrafts will begin their 90-day contract in September after coming from Canada.
