The suspect, driving a stolen vehicle, crashed into a patrol car.

ARCADIA, CA — A suspect in an allegedly stolen vehicle crashed into the patrol car of a deputy during a pursuit in an Arcadia intersection, injuring both parties.

The crash occurred about 6:55 p.m. Saturday at West Duarte Road and Temple City Boulevard, Los Angeles Sheriff's Department Dep. Tracy Koerner told City News Service.

Deputies from the Temple City Sheriff's Station were in pursuit of the vehicle reported stolen when the suspect crashed into the deputy, who was in his patrol car with lights flashing, trying to keep other vehicles out of the path of the pursuit, Koerner said.
