'Disabled Truck' Snarls Traffic On 405 Near Getty Museum
Traffic was at a standstill Tuesday afternoon while CHP officers attempted to move a large truck to the shoulder.
LOS ANGELES, CA — Traffic near the Getty Museum was at a standstill Tuesday afternoon while California Highway Patrol officers attempted to move a large truck to the shoulder of Interstate 405, officials said.
The CHP issued a SigAlert on the freeway at about 12:19 p.m. and said traffic was expected to clear back up by 2:30 p.m. It was unclear what was wrong with the truck, but officials said the truck became "disabled" and officers were having difficulty moving it.
No injuries were reported according to the CHP.
