Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival Offers Over 80 Delicious Bites & Sips

Get ready to sip, savor, and celebrate at Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival from March 6 through April 27, 2026.

Disney California Adventure is serving up mouthwatering bites and refreshing drinks inspired by the flavors of the Golden State.

There are over 80 different items waiting to be discovered at eight marketplaces. This year is a blend of new creations and beloved returning favorites.

Guests can purchase a Sip and Savor Pass in 4 and 8-coupon options, redeemable for select food or nonalcoholic beverages. Participating festival marketplaces and dining locations at Disney California Adventure Park are available on the Disney Parks Blog.

Spinach & Artichoke Grilled Cheese.

Here are 10 must-try items:

Spinach and Artichoke Grilled Cheese on parmesan-crusted sourdough served with potato bites. It's a new twist to the beloved spinach and artichoke dip.

California Punch: Mango purée, guava nectar, cucumber syrup, and lemon juice garnished with a mango and Tajin Chile lollipop. This non-alcoholic beverage is refreshing and flavorful.

New Shake Chicharrón Nachos for a no mess meal. Chicharrón, chorizo, cheese sauce, tomatoes, and salsa verde are in a plastic cup with a lid. Shake the ingredients together and enjoy.

Cherry Cobbler

Cherry Cobbler Pot de Crème with vanilla custard on the bottom topped with cherry filling and oat crumble. It's plant-based and very satisfying

Sirloin Gruyère Mac & Cheese with black garlic chimichurri, garlic butter crunch, and Fresno Chile slices. Comfort food with a kick of heat.

Bourbon Peach Tea Lemonade made with Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Co. Ceylon Black Tea-infused bourbon, peach purée, Simply Lemonade, and Simply Fruit Punch garnished with a candy peach ring. It was a favorite during the media preview.

The new Carbonara Pizzetta topped with white sauce, Nueske’s Applewood smoked bacon, and a black pepper drizzle. Pizza with a twist of savory flavors.

Café de Olla Tres Leches Cake topped with piloncillo, chantilly cream, cinnamon, and a Mickey-shaped rainbow sprinkle cookie. It tastes great and is Instagram worthy.

New this year Ramen Mac & Cheese with Furikake crumble, fish cakes, green onions, and chile crunch. An Asian inspired twist to a comforting dish.

Mickey-shaped Banana-Hazelnut Waffles with chocolate-hazelnut filling topped with banana whipped topping and powdered sugar.

California Wines & Italian

California wines this year include Napa Valley's Sterling Vineyards, Beaulieu Vineyard BV from Napa Valley, and Canyon Road.

Additional California theme fan-favorite include riding the attraction Soarin’ Over California. Attend chef-led culinary demonstrations on Saturdays and Sundays, plus enjoy live entertainment throughout the park including “Cookin’ with the Jammin’ Chefs” and “Confection Purrfection with the Super Kitties.”

Favorite Disney characters help out in the kitchen and are available for Meet & Greet opportunities.

Bookable beverage education seminars at Sonoma Terrace can be reserved for a separate fee at Disneyland.com.
