Earnest Marshall Books Starring Role in Upcoming Disney Production

Earnest Marshall is an actor, and a US Army Veteran who served as an infantryman, who credits the discipline, life experience and ability to persevere in immensely difficult circumstances for his success today as an actor. Stating, “I proudly served my country by deploying on two tours in Iraq and two tours in Afghanistan. These experiences have shaped me profoundly. This has instilled in me a deep sense of duty, resilience, and camaraderie that continues to influence my life and career.” When he was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army Marshall recalls this being “the perfect time to kick start his career, leveraging the resources and skills that he had acquired during his military service.” His time as a US Army infantryman was during the challenging times surrounding 9/11, where, as he recalls, he “experienced the profound impact of serving his country in the midst of global conflict,” completing two tours in Iraq and two tours in Afghanistan. Marshall grew up on the South Side of Chicago.
Earnest Marshall’s first major project as an actor was with NBC working with Bear Grylls on a survival show, The Island, describing the experience of working alongside Grylls as “an unforgettable experience” that pushed him to his limits and taught him invaluable skills, and “an incredible journey that he will always cherish as a pivotal moment in his career.” He has portrayed Barron in the highly rated production, Winning Time - The Rise of The Lakers Dynasty.
