Festive Lunar New Year Celebration at Paradise Dynasty
The Year of the Horse Lunar New Year menu and Fire Horse cocktail is now available at Paradise Dynasty's The Americana at Brand (Glendale)
The beloved dim sum and world's favorite 8-Flavor Xiao Long Bao at Paradise Dynasty is celebrating the Year of the Horse. For a limited-time, they are offering a Lunar New Year menu through March 3, in addition to their regular menu.

This popular restaurant in Asia is known for its signature flavored rainbow colored Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings). Inside the restaurant is elegant with Chinese decor and booths. It took over the former restaurant space of Din Tai Fung (now at the Glendale Galleria). The chefs come in early in the morning to make fresh bao daily. This iconic dish features eight different colored pork filled bao in eight different flavors: Original, Garlic, BBQ, Cheese, Crab Roe, Kimchi, Black Truffle and Szechuan.

At Paradise Dynasty dishes are designed for sharing and togetherness. Start with a Lunar New Year exclusive cocktail, Fire Horse. Inspired by the energy and momentum of the Year of the Horse, this is a cognac based take on a Gold Rush.
