Opening to the public today is the group art exhibition titled "Floating Worlds" via Gestalt Project Space at BG Gallery in the historic Bergamot Station Art center in Santa Monica, CA.

I am pleased and honored to have my latest abstract minimal original painting titled "Cloud Waves" on display in this very special exhibition that is beautifully curated and put together by the wonderful Gestalt Project team and director of BG Gallery. In my painting "Cloud Waves" I aimed for the clouds to go up into outer space creating alternative realities and forming ripples of space waves while encompassing my abstracted vision.

The group exhibition consisting of contemporary Japanese and American artists opened today Tuesday Nov. 12 to the public. The reception is on Saturday Nov. 16, from 6-9:30 PM. LA art lovers and art collectors make sure not to miss this exquisite exhibit! I am also very honored to have my art in the company of world renowned artists such as Sam Franics, Peter Alexander, Robert Nelson, Gloriane Harris, Juri Koll, MB Boissonnault, and Japanese artists such as Yoko Umemoto, Motoko Oyamada, Sugimuru, Akira Nakamura, Kumiko Suzuki, and MIchiko, and more contemporary artists shaping our modern art world.

The exhibit runs throughout the week of Nov. 16.

Description of the Exhibition's theme by BG Gallery:
BG Gallery collaborated with the Venice Institute of Contemporary Art to present "Floating Worlds" a survey of new contemporary art from Japan, alongside American artists who's roots or work speaks to the theme.
The exhibit pays homage to the Japanese concept of "Floating Worlds referring to the major changes happening in the world we live in- the fleeting, the floating nature of life - and the way artists depict this challenge. Whether sublime or active, contemplative or extroverted, real or imagined, this exhibition speaks to our times directly."
