Glendale Police Find Man Fatally Shot In Vehicle
Glendale police officers discovered a man with fatal gunshot wounds inside a vehicle early Saturday morning.
GLENDALE, CA — Glendale police officers discovered a man with fatal gunshot wounds inside a vehicle early Saturday morning. The driver of the vehicle was reportedly driving erratically and running stop signs, a police spokeswoman said.
Officers were dispatched at around 1:30 a.m. to the area of Central Avenue and Laurel Street after recieving reports of gunfire and a vehicle moving erratically and running stop signs, said Kaila Olander of the Glendale Police Department.
Police found that one of the vehicle's occupants, a 28-year-old man, had been shot. Paramedics rushed the man to Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead, Olander said.

She said officers checked the area and "located the scene of the original shooting," but disclosed no further details from the scene.
"No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting and the investigation is underway," she said.
