Help Sought Identifying Los Angeles Mystery Patient

Hospital officials hope someone can identify a man found unresponsive in downtown Los Angeles a week ago.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Hospital officcials in Los Angeles are asking for the public's help in identifying a patient who was found unresponsive in the downtown area on Jan. 2.

Paramedics discovered the unresponsive man at about 6 a.m. in the 1500 of South Broadway and took him to a nearby Dignity Health medical center for care. He was not carrying identification and has not been able to communicate his identity, according to authorities.

Dignity Health officials released his photo in hopes that someone will recognize the man, who is described as a 5-foot-10-inch to 5-foot-11-inch Black man weighing approximately 195 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
