Guests arrived to a green ribbon cutting led by Los Angeles County Supervisor Lindsey P. Horvath before being shuttled through the property in Cadillacs as the celebration unfolded beneath the Malibu sky.

Celebrities including Malin Åkerman, Alyssa Milano, Audrina Patridge, Cheryl Burke, Brooke Burke, Mario Lopez, Joanna Krupa and more embraced the property’s effortless ranch-chic aesthetic for the evening.

One moment you were spotting Tori Spelling surrounded by fans while catching up with Selma Blair inside the party, the next moment Robin Thicke was performing Blurred Lines live under the stars as guests danced across the Ranch Club.

Nearby, Ashlee Simpson Ross was seen enjoying a night out with friends while DJ Ana Calderone played a high-energy set.

Yet the real story of the evening was not simply the guest list — it was the transformation of the property itself.

Under the leadership of CEO and fourth-generation owner Garrett Gerson, the historic family-run ranch has evolved into one of Southern California’s most distinctive luxury destinations.
